Status:

The NIM technical platform has three white-label projects signed and in various states of implementation (more in next newsletter) with a potential:

1. The Fair Music Project (600 million)
2. Pan-Africa licensning service (500 million)
3. Internet Music Fans (100 million)

Under the agreements already entered, each NIMPI (total of 166 314 650 issued per the 15th of December 2023) will get 0.002 CREATIVES (average) paid per month from launch. As we enter into 3-month pilot periods, this will likely happen in 2Q 2024.
To be clear: If you have 100,000 NIMPIs, you will receive ~200 monthly CREATIVES.

This will rapidly increase the value of NIMPI and CREATIVES, starting at $1.00, with liquidity by content partners and approved exchanges reasonably soon. The value of all NIM Tokens is associated with the royalty flow and, consequently, the transaction fee received.

To reward our faithful community, we will pay in an airdrop on the 22nd of December 2023, 0.002 CREATIVES per NIMPI.
NIM has already entered into financial arrangements with payment providers in the USA and Europe that will become effective as royalty transactions start.

NIM management will be happy to provide details of the background and budgets. However, due to the financial information of the creator’s royalty payments, it must be under NDA.
