Anthropic files for listing, 26 October 2026.

Filing

Anthropic filed today with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to list its shares on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley lead the offering.
The share count and price are not yet set, and the SEC must approve the filing before any shares can be sold.

ProofProfile

Investors will read Anthropic's prospectus while two music cases are open against the company. One is the music publishers' case; the other is a suit over 274 Elvis Presley songs, filed on 23 October. ProofProfile holds 9,900,355 recordings from music databases as they stood before 2022, each timestamped on Bitcoin. Nobody can create a dated record like that after the fact. It shows that a recording existed in a given form at a given time, and ownership remains a matter for contracts and courts.

Sale

We plan to offer ProofProfile to Anthropic first, then to OpenAI. Until its shares are listed, Anthropic has to describe any company it agrees to buy in its prospectus, so most companies avoid purchases at this stage.

Before the listing, the first step is a license that lets Anthropic use the register for a fee.
A full platform purchase is more likely once its shares are trading.

Offering rules limit public comment while the share sale is under way, so ProofProfile makes no statement about it and claims no agreement with Anthropic.

The most useful help now is an introduction to someone at Anthropic, or at an investment fund that owns Anthropic shares. If you can, please reply to me directly.
